Ona Anosike is an educator, writer, and advocate with over a decade of experience designing learning spaces that nurture independence and creativity. Guided by her Pan-Africanist commitment to community, she founded Inkwell Montessori as the school she wished she'd had as a child. She started Inkwell after years of observing how standard equity frameworks can inadvertently lower expectations for the very children they aim to lift. Inkwell is her response: a movement and tech-integrated Montessori environment in Cambridge where students explore freely, think critically, and grow into self-directed learners, fully supported by a culture of meaningful challenge and deep cultural affirmation.
