Ona Anosike is an educator, writer, and advocate with well over a decade of experience working across public, charter, independent, and progressive schools. Her work has spanned teaching, educational leadership, educator coaching, family consultation, and nonprofit leadership, supporting children, families, and educators in a wide range of learning environments.

Guided by her Pan-Africanist commitment to community, she founded Inkwell Montessori as the school she wished she'd had as a child. She started Inkwell after years of observing how standard equity frameworks can inadvertently lower expectations for the very children they aim to lift. Inkwell is her response: a bilingual and screen-free tech-integrated Montessori environment in Somerville where students explore freely, think critically, and grow into self-directed learners, fully supported by a culture of meaningful challenge and deep cultural affirmation.

Dayane Pierre is a multilingual educator with over a decade of experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, and kindergarten students in progressive early childhood settings. Her background includes Reggio Emilia programs, Montessori-informed environments, and other child-centered schools where she has designed engaging, interest-based curricula that foster curiosity, independence, creativity, and a love of learning. Throughout her career, she has taken on leadership roles supporting colleagues, facilitating professional development, and helping to create inclusive learning communities. Dayane brings a deep understanding of child development and is passionate about building strong relationships with children and families while helping every child grow into a confident, capable learner.

Maite Graham is a bilingual educator originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, with several years of experience working with young children, including experience as a Montessori teacher. Her background spans early childhood education, Montessori practice, language, and translation, all of which inform the thoughtful and culturally responsive approach she brings to her work with children.

Maite is Montessori certified in Early Childhood through the International Montessori Institute in Barcelona and is continuing her Montessori training through Northeast Montessori Institute as she works toward AMS certification. She also holds an EEC Director certification and has academic training in both English Language and Early Childhood Education.

Outside of the classroom, Maite works as a translator for a research magazine affiliated with ESPOL University in Ecuador. She is deeply committed to creating learning environments where children are respected as individuals and supported in developing independence, curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
