At Inkwell Montessori School

We create an authentic learning environment where children are free to learn, grow, and discover. Founded by Ona Anosike, our school honors both the individual child and community history, drawing inspiration from its namesake, Inkwell Beach in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard.

At Inkwell, we go beyond traditional Montessori by fully integrating movement and age-appropriate technology. Children engage in sports and dance to develop physical skills and creative expression, while also exploring simple robotics and screen-free technology to build problem-solving, sequencing, and collaborative skills.

This balance of movement, creativity, and purposeful tech helps children develop strong academic skills and a deep sense of self.

The vision for Inkwell is deeply rooted in community. Founded by a Cambridge native and affiliated with the Wildflower Schools Network, the school draws on both local insight and professional experience to create a space where children learn, grow, and belong.
