Primary

In the Primary classroom, children joyfully build the foundational habits of independence, concentration, and care for their community. Through self-directed, hands-on exploration, they discover early concepts in math, language, and practical life. This critical stage is where confidence and a deep love of learning take root, laying the groundwork for the kindergarten year.

Kindergarten

In the Primary Montessori classroom, the kindergarten year is a capstone experience. Students step into the role of leader and mentor, modeling independence and focus for their younger peers.

At Inkwell, we enrich this foundational year by introducing age-appropriate technology, including hands-on robotics and screen-free coding tools. We blend Montessori's self-directed learning with intentional innovation. This approach ensures children master key academic readiness skills and become creative problem-solvers who are fully prepared for elementary school.

Aftercare

Aftercare at Inkwell offers a relaxed and welcoming space for children to wind down after the school day. From 3:00 to 5:45, students enjoy free play, art projects, games, and outdoor time with friends. The program focuses on creativity, social connection, and unstructured fun.

“The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.”
